Dale M. Willard, Ph.D. - President & FounderDr. Dale Willard holds a Ph. D. in analytical chemistry from Colorado State University with Carbo Analytics being his second company to found. He has 10 years of entrepreneurial and product development experience and raised over $4 Million in his career. He is a graduate of the Kauffman Foundation's Fastrac Entreprenuerial Program, principal investigator for 13 research awards, author of over 13 peer-reviewed scientific papers, and routine expert reviewer of NIH and NSF research grant proposals.

Joshua Sroge - CFO
Mr. Sroge brings a broad financial, legal, and operational background in public and private industry. Joshua has more than 15 years experience in a financial leadership capacity, working in software development, hardware distribution, medical, and chemical industries. Prior to joining Carbo Analytics, Mr. Sroge was Controller and Vice President Finance at GeoSynFuels, Director of Finance at Spatial Corp., Manager of Corporate Reporting & International Accounting at GE Access Distribution, Accounting Manager at Image Guided Technologies, and Assistant Controller at Kryptonics. Mr. Sroge has a BS degree in Accounting from CUNY Hunter College.

Thomas Reilly, Ph.D. - VP Research & DevelopmentThomas
Reilly oversees developments related to the patented microfluidic chip
design, sugar separation chemistry and electrochemical detection. Thomas
coordinates the technical team in the development of the overall sugar analysis
systems. He is deeply engaged with Carbo Analytics' outside stakeholders and
interfaces with the business team in guiding the future of the company.
He is the PI on the recently awarded Department of Energy SBIR award. Thomas holds a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Colorado at
Boulder. He has worked as a postdoctoral scientist at the National
Renewable Energy Laboratory and founded his own start-up company prior to Carbo
Analytics.

Todd Hochwitz, Ph.D. - Electrical EngineerDr. Hochwitz career has been dominated by successful product development in small companies, including President of Technical Mandala, Senior Engineer at In-Situ, Inc., and Senior Scientist at Wyoming Silicon, LLC. In these positions, he has learned to design electronics with safety and regulatory concerns in mind. He is a former PI for an NSF SBIR award and adjunct professor at the University of Wyoming. His Ph.D. is in engineering sciences from Thayer School of Engineering (Dartmouth College). He has 6 peer-reviewed publications and one U.S. patent to his credit. He is a recent graduate of the Kauffman Foundation's Fastrac Entreprenuerial Program.

Dawn Rohrbacker - Systems EngineerMrs. Rohrbacker a is a recent graduate of the Fasttrac Entrepreneurial Program, and formerly a Mechanical Engineer at DakoCytomation. She holds a degree in mechanical engineering from CSU with additional training in Project Management. She has worked on a wide range of projects from testing missiles to designing instrumentation for slide processing to product support internationally.

Prof. Charles S. Henry, Ph.D. - Scientific ConsultantProf. Henry is an Associate Professor of Chemistry and Chemical & Biological Engineering at Colorado State University. He has over 100 peer-reviewed scientific papers to his credit and is the father of Carbo Analytics' licensed microchip technology.

Uwe Michalak - Marketing Consultant Mr. Michalak is a former Marketing Director at Hach Company, a major international analytical instrumentation company headquartered in Loveland, CO and also VP Marketing at Sensicore before being acquired by GE. Mr. Michalak has over 28 years of experience marketing analytical instrumentation, including the beer and pharmaceutical industries. He holds an engineering degree.
